We organise educational visits to Spain (language study, cultural and school trips) for students and groups.
We offer both standard and bespoke tours working with head teachers, teachers, organisers and group leaders that wish to offer a trip to Spain for their students.

Reservation of tickets

When you book accommodation with us we will do the work of reserving tickets to your chosen attractions without a supplementary charge. Thus, the group can have a confirmed timetable for each day, with the times and prices arranged before starting the trip. Of course, if you wish, you can book the entrance tickets yourself. Either way the price will be the same – something you can check yourself. Once we have reserved the tickets there are two payment options.

1. We can include the price in the total cost of your budget, whereupon we will buy the tickets on your behalf.
2. You pay the museum or attraction directly upon your arrival for the tickets we have previously reserved.

We recommend the first option for the following reasons:

• Once having chosen the visits it is easier for the teacher not to have to concern themselves about it any longer.
• Some museums (especially in Barcelona) ask for payment before arriving for the visit. If the payment is not received by a given date the museum will cancel the reservation.
• It saves the inconvenience and worry of having to travel around with so much money.

Spanish language classes


If a group desires Spanish classes we can arrange this. These courses are all structured in blocks of three hours in the morning for a minimum of three days (and going up to 4, 5, 6 days etc. according to the duration and budget of the visit).

• These short courses are conducted in official language schools that are recognised by the “Instituto Cervantes” (Spanish Language Institute) by qualified teachers who are native speakers.
• Each course is tailored to the group according to your recommendations and always gives priority to oral expression and understanding.
• The students are divided into groups of about 10-12 according to their language proficiency. We advise the organising teacher to formulate these groups before starting the courses so teaching is not delayed by having to perform levelling tests.

We advise you to include these classes only when the visit is three days or longer – otherwise there will not be much free time for visits and activities. But, as ever, it depends on your preferences and circumstances.

Local transport

Upon arrival at your destination we offer coach services either for the entire stay of your visit or for specific times/days, for example, excursions or airport transfers.

• We contract the services of companies who have been working with us for many years and have always demonstrated great professionalism during this time
• The safety rules and transport regulations are the same as in all EU countries. The coaches are modern and meet all the requirements
• With groups greater than 25 students, hiring a coach can be very good value for money and also very convenient: the coach waits for you at pre-arranged locations and times, plus you can leave luggage/lunch boxes on board. Equally, you are working with a local driver who speaks the language, knows the region, the best routes and places to park, and who can help and advise in numerous occasions.

​Meals

We offer the opportunity to eat out in restaurants or cafes in any city in Spain whilst adjusting the menus according to your budget and dietary needs. These include not only changes for allergies, vegetarian, vegan, or Halal requirements but also if you wish to try a national Spanish dish such as paella or tapas.

It offers convenience for you to have the table already reserved and prepared for the time you require it, along with a fixed price for the meal.

Guided visits

The guides offered by museums/monuments for guided tours vary widely depending on the location.
Some provide guides which are obligatory, others offer them as an optional extra and whilst some do not provide the service.

We offer expert tourist guides for every museum, monument or themed visit according to your request and desired language. These guides belong to official associations and are accustomed to working with young people.

Having a guide ensures you have a dynamic visit with activities to maintain the students’ attention and keep them together as group. This is a particularly attractive option when working with young people as they can often lose interest when visiting a large museum – this is natural given that often your students have not yet gained a wide knowledge of art or history and know less about Spanish art and history. Therefore, visiting with a professional completely changes the visit - they can inform about the details of world famous pieces of art rather than just have students wandering around the galleries.
Likewise, it is a good idea for the teacher to prepare a quiz, which the students have to hand in when they leave the museum. It helps keep the students occupied and attentive.
