When you need to obtain information, ask for a quote, book tickets, make payments, modify the itinerary, ask for help, complain or say thank you…  you will always be dealing with us, never with third parties. Viajes CIFA does not work with intermediaries. This is something notable not only in the lower final cost of the trip but also, and more importantly, in the type and quality of service you receive.

The large travel agencies found outside Spain often sub-contract local Spanish travel agencies. This is because they offer trips to so many countries they are unable to specialise in a particular one and, therefore, cannot offer a direct service. Whilst understandable, the end result is that upon arriving in Spain it is no longer the famous travel agency you contracted which is looking after you; rather, it is a different and smaller agency with their own way of working. Not only does this adversely affect your relationship with the agency, it also ends up increasing the final bill which the school, unfairly, has to pay.

We are a travel agency

You can find language schools, sports associations and school organisations that offer similar services. However, generally their range of destinations is smaller given that normally they only work locally, where their business is based.
Additionally, they tend to oblige you to take exclusively the courses and classes which they proffer.

We help the teacher right from the beginning. We prepare the activities with great care and put into place any desired modifications. Additionally, we will reserve all the entrance tickets and organise your accommodation.
Before you leave your home country all the details of your stay are arranged and confirmed and the college and parents already have inclusive information. During the visit we ensure that teachers can solely focus on accompanying the students and following the arranged program.
Furthermore, upon arrival in Spain we place at your disposal a 24 hour 7 days a week telephone assistance service.
Moreover, if you opt for family home-stay accommodation you can also count on the help our local managers. We know from experience how hard it is to plan and arrange a school trip and are, therefore, accustomed to demonstrating flexibility with any changes required by the group, without applying financial penalties.
